Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information:
Most products are shipped within 48 hours. If we are out of stock, you will be contacted the day your order is received. All Items are shipped either USPS or UPS.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policy:
You may return any unopened product within 30 days for a refund of the product price. Shipping fees are not refundable. If you are not satisfied with any product, please send us an email within 30 days and we'll work with you directly based on your individual needs.

Any discounts based on total order cost such as free shipping will be voided if due to the return the total order cost is lowered below the required amount.

All returns must be accompanied by a RA (return authorization) number to be processed. Do not send back merchandise without this number as we won't be able to process your refund without it. To get a RA number you must contact us by email.
